We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must show signs of damage either by the manufacturer or the courier company who delivered the item. If the item you purchased does not meet quality standards, you may contact us via email to express your concern and provide us with photo evidence of your dispute and then we will make a decision on whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange and we will notify you via email of the outcome . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
