We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If the item you purchased does not meet quality standards, you may contact us via email to express your concern and provide us with photo evidence of your dispute and then we will make a decision on whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange and we will notify you via email of the outcome . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
